The calendar, floorplans, and one-off visits
A real calendar with a color for every estate, floorplans that put each task in its room, and visits that can be booked, retimed, or handed to another concierge.
This release is about where and when. Where a task sits in the house, and when the concierge will be there to do it.
A calendar you can plan from
The visit list has become a calendar with day, week, and month views. Every estate has a color, multi-day visits stretch across their days, and the home screen carries a mini month with a dot for each visit. Owners and admins can filter to a single concierge to see one person’s week.
Visits that bend to the week
A visit no longer has to fall on the schedule. Book a one-off visit on any date, pick which library tasks and carried-over work to bring along, and it shows on the calendar marked Unscheduled. Any single visit can be handed to a different concierge without touching the estate’s default, and that concierge sees it on their own calendar and home screen.
Floorplans
Upload a floorplan for each level of an estate and draw the rooms on it. The visit page gains a map: tap a room to see its tasks, step between floors, and find your way through a house you have not seen before. The layout editor lets a floor hold rooms before it has a shape of its own, and warns when the background image has changed under the drawn regions.
The summary as a document
The visit summary email now shows the photos inline in a grid rather than as downloads, and carries a PDF copy of the whole summary for the owner to keep. Photos are resized and stripped of location data before they leave the firm.
Improvements9
- WebEstates can carry an expected arrival and end time on their schedule, and any single visit can override it. Timed visits sit in their slot on the week and day views.
- WebThe calendar can be filtered to one estate, and the month and year in the toolbar jump to any month.
- WebThe estate color picker opens a popover with a color wheel alongside the presets.
- WebTask rows on the visit checklist and the Tasks page can be swiped right to complete and left to skip. Every complete and skip toast has an Undo.
- WebTask priority, overdue, and skipped-last-visit badges sit on their own line above the task name, and long names wrap instead of truncating. Task instructions show under the name in a collapsible section.
- WebTasks and My Tasks sort by several keys at once, including by asset.
- WebTask row actions moved into a menu, and concierges no longer see a delete option.
- WebFirms have an organization settings page with logo management.
- WebEvery date field uses the same date picker instead of the browser's own control.
Fixes6
- WebCompleting a task from the Tasks page or My Tasks is recorded against the current visit.
- PlatformPhotos and other attachments on the visit summary email arrive intact, and a failed send is reported instead of silently dropped.
- WebOn a phone, the sidebar closes when you pick a page, and tapping Settings on a minimized sidebar opens it.
- WebThe My Tasks panel on the home screen no longer spills out of its card.
- WebDialogs on touch devices no longer grab the keyboard the moment they open.
- WebFixed uneven spacing on the visit summary cards.
